who I am
Hey there! My name is Chelsea Moudry and I'm a photographer living Portland, Oregon. Originally from a small coastal town in Washington, I like to believe that I have the PNW down. Basically my entire life has consisted of traveling to new places around the Pacific Northwest with my camera in hand. With nearly 10 years of photography experience and 4 years of wedding photography experience, I decided that my business could finally handle the move to a different state. So here I am! Trying out a new state here in the upper left.
what I love
Obviously I'm pretty into this whole photography thing because even when I'm not working with clients, I'm up to something photo related, whether that's checking out new places for shoots or collaborating with local artists or even just capturing my own memories. But I’m into other things too. I totally love trying out new breweries and consuming ridiculous amounts of bar food and good IPAs. I mean, when people ask me what I do for fun, that's literally all I can ever think of. I absolutely love cooking for others, listening to too many podcasts, making Spotify playlists that reflect any and every kind of mood, and to be totally honest with you, I love social media. Too much? Who knows. It's the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do before bed. Let's ignore that. Minimalistic stuff is fun too and I love plants even though they don't always love me. Tacos and Netflix too because of course.
what I do
I'm a wedding and elopement photographer who roams to and from Seattle and Portland and all around the Pacific Northwest. I strive to capture love and happiness as candid moments in very cool places with very cool people to preserve memories that will last a lifetime. Always, always, love comes first and adventure comes second. As much as I enjoy traveling to incredible locations, it's all about the connection between two people and the love they share. I love couples who are each other's best friends, who know exactly how to make each other laugh, and just feel genuinely comfortable around each other. I want every couple to be able to look at their photos and see what everyone else can see.
