In anticipation of the 2025 NW Cider Cup Awards, I had the absolute pleasure of creating a lifestyle photo series to help showcase what this community is all about. We brought together a small crew, some favorite bottles, and let the golden hour do its thing. The cider itself—crafted by some of the most respected makers across the Northwest—was the real star, and we kept the vibe laid-back, approachable, and full of flavor. Just like a good cider should be.

The NW Cider Cup was held June 9, and the official Awards Party kicks off on June 26. While the list of winners hasn’t been released yet, you can expect to see a full celebration of the medalists soon—and you know the Northwest Cider Association is going to do it right. Keep an eye out for an upcoming post with all the juicy details (pun fully intended).
